What This Includes:

  • Preliminary pricing estimate for your custom piece

Important Details:

  • This fee is required before any custom design work begins
  • The fee will be credited toward your final order total if you move forward
  • This is NOT a deposit toward production
  • A separate production deposit will still be required after your quote is approved

  • This fee covers time spent on design, communication, and planning
  • If you choose not to proceed, the fee is non-refundable
  • No design work, sketches, or detailed consultations will be provided without this purchase
  • Most Custom Orders Range from $800-$3500+

What is a Mockup service? How do your custom garments look so tailored?

Our Mockup service is highly recommended for all custom orders. This service starts at $120 and allows for us to create a disposable trial garment made from your measurements and custom drafted pattern to then send to you and try on before any final garments are made. This disposable mockup is typically made of cotton, and doesn't have all the construction elements your final garment would have, but allows you to check the fit and comfort of your final garments shape in the comfort of your own home. If something is too tight or too long this is the perfect way to note those changes and correct them in a pre construction stage. This service guarantees there are no surprises when you receive your final garment and gives you piece of mind that you are getting a garment you know you will be happy with.

How does ordering a custom piece work?

When you submit an inquiry with us please be as detailed as possible as to what you are looking for. We will do our best to establish exactly what you are looking for and how we can bring it to reality and within what type of budget. Once agreed upon, a deposit is then required. After payment a Zoom meeting is scheduled with our lead Designer Alex Tour to gather your measurements and go over any details. If you choose a mockup service that is then made and sent out with any samples. Once final payments are received your final garment is then made and sent to you.

What type of custom orders do you take?

We can make anything you can dream of! As long as we are not infringing on legally owned content we are happy to work from any reference image or sketch, idea or theme to bring your perfect item or ensemble to reality. From a single corset, mens vest, suit, skirt or full gown anything can be ordered. Please be as detailed as possible when filling out your inquiry form above.

How do I pay for a custom order?

Custom orders can get expensive! and quickly! Most orders require at least a 25% deposit to hold your spot and this in always non-refundable. Sometimes a larger deposit will be required depending on the order request. If an order is paid in full at the time of request a 15% discount will be applied to the entire order. When you are ready to pay, a custom listing will be made for you to check out with on our website.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know within 7 days of order delivery and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Custom Orders are always NON-REFUNDABLE. Unworn sample sale and catalog pieces are returnable within 7 days with our right to refuse any return we feel abuses our good faith policy. Returns for buyers remorse will not be accepted. If the incorrect size is ordered an exchange can be sent at no cost. Any return shipping charges are at the buyers expense. If you would like to return an item for store credit please send us an inquiry to see if it's applicable to your order.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. Please send us a message if you have any questions. He have the right to refuse any return. Sale Items are Final Sale.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders ship within 7 business days. Sometimes your order will be made after purchase and could take up to three week to ship from our studio in Pennsylvania. Custom Orders will take 3-6 months on average. Rush orders are almost always available starting at an additional charge of 25% your total purchase price.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. Most of our materials are sourced from here in the states or in europe supporting as many local and domestic businesses as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
